FAQs
Questions owners often ask.
Careful, straightforward answers. If your question isn't here, we're happy to talk it through.
What kind of property is suitable?
We look for homes with character, in good condition and in locations that suit short stays. Suitability depends on the property, its setting and any restrictions that apply, so we review each home individually.
Which locations do you cover?
Our service areas are listed on the Locations page. If your property is elsewhere, tell us where it is and we'll let you know honestly whether we can help.
How does the management process work?
It starts with a conversation, followed by a property review. If it's a good fit, we propose a tailored service, coordinate agreed preparations and then manage hosting and care under that plan.
What are your fees?
Fees depend on the property and the scope of service agreed. We'll set out the commercial terms clearly in a tailored proposal before anything is agreed. [Editable: add fee structure once confirmed.]
Can I still use the property myself?
Often, yes. Owner use is something we discuss and agree upfront so the calendar can be planned around it.
What should I check before hosting?
Owners are usually advised to review their mortgage or lease terms, insurance, local planning or licensing rules, and safety requirements. This is general guidance only, not legal advice; please seek appropriate professional advice for your circumstances.
Still have a question?
A relaxed first conversation, with no obligation. We'll listen, ask a few questions and tell you honestly whether we're the right fit.
